The Netflix adaptation of The Witcher[]
Unnamed Doppler places his victim's trophy in his lair where he checks his victim's appearance, transforming suddenly realizing he is not alone in his lair. When Cahir reveals himself to Doppler and reveals that he has been watching him for a long time, knowing that his skills are useful, he wanted to recruit him. To which Adonis reacts with aggression when he approaches him Cahir pulls out a silver coin showing off his Doppler showing his weakness and admits that he is not like all Dopplers and at first he doesn't want to help him but Cahir needs a Doppler because he lacks the shapeshifter skill to which Doppler agrees.
After Cahir recruits Adonis into his squad, they come to Fringilla where he holds captive a mousesack druid whose doppler has a shapeshift into him. Though Doppler loathes how the druid looks, Cahir takes the druid's dimeritium manacles and orders him to run as best he can when the mousesack tried to escape, discovering he had a lame leg. Doppler runs after the druid, then when he catches him, he throws him into the ground and sits on him, leaving him motionless. Doppler changes the appearance of the druid, taunting Mousesack for failing to escape the Nilfgaardians, and then sadistically stabs him in the chest with a dagger.
