The Biglyans are the main antagonists of the Dreamworks Animation series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants: IN SPACE!!!, which is based on Dav Pilkey’s Captain Underpants children's book series.
The Biglyans are giant aliens who wanted enslaved the earth.

Past[]
Long ago, they Biglayns enslaved the Littleites, making them force to tip in spa mines, so they used a dumping ray to dump down the Biglays and espace. Causing the Biglyans have been searching for a interllesser ever since in order to became smart again.

In, “The Abandoned Artifact of the Absentee Aliens”, Melvin Sneedly, who was to be well-knowed as the greatest man of the world, has active the ship, causing the ship and the school ship to a sucked into a giant alien ship owned by the Biglayns.
Squorg and Garg then came down and told the good news and bad news. Good news: they will use the ray on the Littleites ship to make them smart, but the Bad news: they are their prisoners. Luckily Captain Underpants defeats them by tiding them up in underwear, forcing them to free them, but they then kidnap Melvin and fly off.
In, “The Hazardous Hysteria of the Hangry Hypnosinger”, they have Melvin as a prionser and have in a cage, where Melvin told them he will activate the smart ray, just to be the ruler of the earth.
In, “The Confusing Crisis of the Conniving Captive, Melvin believe he has outsmart them with his intellect, he then repair of the smart ray and installed himself as their king and plan to lead the to earth where discovering ad conquering alien life will make him the greatest name science the world has ever known.
When George, Harold, Captain Underpants and the kids try to save him, they found out he is their king and Melvin puts himself in a bubble to protect himself and has an alien football team to take them down. Once taking them down, he has the kids and Mr. Krupp to work for the Biglayns while he and the Biglayns go to earth and take it over.
In the final epsiode, “The Aggravated Assault of the Alien Armada”, George and Harold found out their real plan that is to use Melvin to make them smart again, so they can enslave the earth. So once the heroes escape, and found out no alien life-form, even Moxie, want to help Goerge and Harold to defeat them. So George, Harold, Captain Underpants and the kids try have to stop them theirselves.
Suddelny, the Littleites, the monkeys, the robots and Moxie came to help, who have been showed remorseful of not helping the boys and their friends. Now with an epic battle to save the world, but unfortunately there are to many, causing them to be outnumber. But before it’s all lost, the Comiscops came took most of the alien ships down. With finally, George, Harold, Captain Underpants, the Littleites, the monkeys, the robot and Moxie finally took down the aliens.
