Egerton, Patrick, and Lisa, together known as The Bowling Bag Killers or BBK, are the main antagonists of the 2008 exploitation/slasher film Gutterballs. They are a group of violent vigilantes targeting the rapists responsible for raping and brutalizing Lisa.
Accordingly, they were portrayed by Dan Ellis, Trevor Gemma, and Candice Lewald.
Biography[]
At the Xcaliber Bowling Center in Surrey, BC, Canada, a bowling match after hours is between two teams led by Steve, Lisa's date at the prom, and Steve, her new boyfriend whom she already has sex with, Steve pettily self-encouraging scorned envy. When transsexual Sam is incessantly offended by Steve and the accompanying team of jerks, Steve's and Jamie's teams get into fisticuffs. Lisa personally stops the brawl by breaking Steve's foot with a bowling ball when about to kick Jamie harder. Egerton, Lisa's father and the janitor who let them in, pulls a shotgun and demands everyone to come back tomorrow. While Egerton's preoccupied with the mess the groups made, Lisa's ambushed by Steve and the goons when getting her purse from the arcade. Steve pins and brutally rapes Lisa before leaving teammates Joey and A.J. to sodomize her on the table. Coming back with a bowling pin, Steve demands Patrick, the teammate refusing to rape Lisa from assuming the rapists would "just scare" her, to rape her with the pin. Patrick protests, but when Steve manically threatens Patrick with being sodomized with the pin, Patrick caves and, with anguish, penetrates Lisa with the pin. The four rapists leave Lisa naked, bloodied, and clinging to life. Egerton finds her and gets her immediate attention, snapping and planning with her and Jamie's blessings to get revenge by butchering the rapists. Patrick was recruited by manipulating the guilt from raping Lisa into a murderous rage, the plans set for the next night.
When the teams come back for more bowling, with Steve's "girlfriends", Julia and Hannah, Julia hating being around Steve and only accompanying Hannah, as well as dear friend Sarah, Jamie arrives late with a traumatized Lisa. Lisa gets in an elevator, where Patrick corners her and insists on apologizing, but she accuses Patrick of simply trying to keep her from filing a report. Egerton sets the spree into motion with "BBK" on the scoreboard as a "glitch". When Julia and Jamie's friend Dave snark about Steve when alone over two beers she paid for, they go into the bathroom and start fellating each other. Arriving with a bowling bag mask and bowling uniform, Egerton forces the couple's faces into each other's crotches to smother them to death. To signify their deaths, two skulls and crossbones appear as "strikes" next to the BBK row. When Sam heads to the bathroom, she hears BBK Egerton in the stall and gets pulled inside when approaching the door. Sam both begs to be left in one piece and threatens the killer with her self-defense switchblade. Unsuccessful, Egerton stuffs her mouth with a bowling pin and, to attack her orientation, slits her crotch vertically to assume a "vagina".
While Egerton continues to call the scoreboard BBK "glitches", friends Ben and Cindy die by Egerton's hand when Ben's beaten with a pin and his eyes are gouged with one filed to a tip; and Cindy's strangled to death with shoelaces on bowling sneakers. Hannah's also killed by being broken under two bowling balls. Patrick steps in and sand A.J.'s face off fatally with a ball polisher Egerton says Joey broke. Patrick then beheads Joey with a pinsetter. Lisa gets her own revenge by killing Steve after Joey's headless corpse is found. Lisa rapes Steve with a sharpened bowling pin before using it in bludgeoning. Survivors Sarah and Jamie continue the game, but Joey's head rolls out of the ball dispenser. When BBK blocks their exit, they run into the basement for cover. Appearing with a shotgun, Egerton's revealing from taking off the mask. Lisa and Patrick reveal removing the two other bowling bags and all three admit to the according murders each are guilty for. Jamie also shocks Sarah by revealing his knowledge of the spree. Patrick openly regrets the rape, and Lisa, Jamie, and Patrick are all horrified Egerton killed the others for not intervening and/or having a part in the previous day's fight that led to Lisa's gang-rape. Lisa is appalled Patrick was recruited and thus spared, so Egerton turns on Patrick by slitting his throat with Sam's knife.
Jamie decides Egerton's officially lost it beyond reason, so he wrestles Egerton, steals his shotgun, and shoots his head off. Lisa breaks down and holds a dead Egerton before trying to kill Jamie, only to be shot dead by Sarah. Sarah shoots the doors' locks and the two run out of the alley. Feeling betrayed and scarred from the entire hell of the past two days, Sarah turns in Jamie and shoots him dead too just as the movie cuts to black.

While in the BBK disguise, the killers wear khakis, red and green bowling shoes, a black sweatshirt underneath a black and white bowling shirt with black gloves, a black holster around their waists to carry their weapons, and a “Pina Colada” bowling bag on their heads turned upside down with eye holes cut out.
