The Brain is the final boss in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon's Scarescraper, the game's multiplayer mode, for all modes and floors. They look the same as a normal Poltergeist except way bigger.

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon[]
When the Luigis reach the last floor they try to find where the Brain is. Once finding the right place he appears and attacks the Luigis with usual poltergeist powers along with being assisted by other ghosts. A unique ability he has is being able to make an force field and push back the Luigis. Eventually the Luigis defeat him and one of them capture him.
