The Businessman is the main antagonist of the Overwatch comic, Goin' Legit. He is the greedy CEO of Hyde Global and an ally turned enemy of both Junkrat and Roadhog.
Biography[]
In Goin' Straight, he appears when he hires Junkrat and Roadhog for a honorable cause. He tells them that his employees have been taken hostage by terrorists and pays them to rescue them. In reality, the Businessman was setting them up to destroy a warehouse and collect the insurance money.
Junkrat and Roadhog believe him and destroy the warehouse. They then get targeted by police and Cop Bots and quickly learn that the Businessman set them up.
Back at his office, the CEO feigns surprise at the destruction of the warehouse and attempts to have his assistant send insurance money to the Shareholders before Junkrat and Roadhog bust in and yank him with a chain. Junkrat proceeds to hang the man outside the building before he and Roadhog blow it up.

- He is the only character to receive legitimate hate from Junkrat, as all the others were either objects of mockery or a one-sided attraction.
- In-Game dialogue reveals that Junkrat and Roadhog have a bounty on them, which is possibly the work of the Businessman or Hyde Global.
