The Chang Gang are a group of one-shot antagonists from Jackie Chan Adventures season 4 episode "Junior J-Tots"
Biography[]
While imprison for his crime of stealing Jade (the stone, not the niece) Bartholomew Chang recruited his own team, which consist of evil counterpart of the J-Team. They first appeared when they arrived at the prison, disguised as laundry inmate crew members where after they knocked out a few guards, they freed Chang and helped him with his plan to reclaim his jade collection and rebuild his criminal empire. At the museum where the J-Team and the Chang Gang were squiring off, it looked like the Chang Gang were defeated until the spell that Jade put on the Team (which she assumed allowed them to finally listen to her) instead turn them into little kids, where The Chang Gang continued to steal the jade and ignore the team.
As they plan to leave San Fransico with the stolen Jade on a boat, Jade arrived and use the same spell to make Chang and the Chang Gang into kids, so now the playing field is even. Afterwards Uncle reverse the effect of the spell, transforming him and the other J-Team back to normal while Chang and the Gang remain toddlers, as it is assumed that due to being kids, they were instead juvenile detention rather than prison/
