The Devil is one of the secondary antagonists of the 2024 supernatural horror film Tarot.
He is the anthropomorphic and demonic version of the card, who was called by Grant, unaware that the card is the project of Astrologer curse.
He was portrayed by Joss Carter.
Biography[]
In the 18th century, The Devil, originally just Tarot card, was contained by Astrologer after she committed suicide to start the curse, so The Devil’s demon spirit was made by Astrologer in the process.
On Elise’s birthday party Grant gets this card, which foreshadows his fate later.
The Devil was first seen when he dragged Grant off to the ground, let Haley shock in horror. After defeating Death, Grant stays behind in the dark corridor while Haley went to the desk to try to end of Astrologer's curse. During that, The Devil attacked him and cloned more devils, setting the fire, try to burn him alive. Luckily, Haley activate the Tarot desk powers so multiple Devils were gone, let him to save Haley from Astrologer's hand.
