The Devilub is a minor antagonist of Choushinsei Flashman, serving as the primary antagonist of the Episode 37. He was a devil-like Beast Warrior creation at the service of the Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess.
Biography[]
The Devilub was created by Dr. Keflen on the orders of Emperor Lah Deus, similarly to other Beast Warriors. A green devil-like Beast Warrior that possessed strange powers of controlling the undead. Devilub could absorb in souls of the deceased still on the Earth, primarily children, where he could transform the captured souls into smaller flying servants of himself. These beings, which The Devilub controlled, bit other people, thus trapping them within horrible nightmares.
For some weeks, multiple people were dissapearing in Tokyo and Flashman superhero team decided to solve this problem. The Flashman arrived to learn of the evil actions of this Beast Warrior in Tokyo, by way of Sumire, who was trying to escape from the creature, due to being dead herself, unknowingly to Dai, who had previously believed her to be a living girl who may have been his sister. After The Devilub finally captured Sumire, the monster tried to use her to attack the team but the Flashman resisted.
When The Devilub tried to absorb and eliminate the ghost girl, Dai was able to enter inside the beast and rescue her due to their unique connection, not being her sibling but instead by sharing a power connected to a prism of the Green Star of the Flash System, which Sumire had found and kept before her death, giving her strange abilities in the afterlife. After being rescued, the Flashman destroyed The Devilub with their Rolling Vulcan, and then with their Flash King, after Devilub was ressurected and enlarged by Kuragen.
