He is the owner of the farm and private land in the countryside of London N10.

The Farmer is an overweight man with pale skin who wears dotted green pants, a light blue T-shirt, and a brown flat cap.
Biography[]
He appeared when Mr. Bean was crawling through the wheat field he sees what he thinks is a pheasant so he takes pictures of it, unknowingly taking pictures of the farmer's wife's behind, which makes the farmer so angry that he takes his riffle to shoot Mr. Bean for looking at his wife's behind, Mr. Bean runs away in fear as he attempts to shoot him.
