The Fart Army are minor antagonists of the Captain Underpants franchise, The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, serving as the secondary antagonists of "The Troublesome Treachery of the Thieving Toot Fairy".
They are Smartsy Fartsy's army to take over the world and get revenge on George and Harold.
Smartsy wants revenge on George and Harold for defeating him in last episode, by disguising as the Tooth Fairy and stealing frats from people.
He used Melvin Sneedly’s machine to the army and wants to blow up everyone, luckily Captain Underpants uses balloons and blow his army into the balloons and tied the balloons so they can’t epacse. Smartsy gets mad with them as he say that he doesn’t want to be laugh at.
However the people respect him and Smartsy allowed that farts and humans lived together in peace. Atfer Smartsy reformed, it may be possible his army did too.
