The Fast And Not So Furious is a Ghost that serves as the main antagonist of the Panty & Stocking segment Death Race 2010.
Biography
A taxi driver was at high speed and drove off a cliff, killing him. He began new life as a Ghost that likes chasing in highways in various forms including cars, trucks and trains. He was found by Panty and Stocking as their next target, who seems to have Panty's gun on his head. Once Panty got Backlace back to her, she shot and killed the Ghost.
Personality
The Fast And Not So Furious is arrogant and has hatred towards women and police officers, referring the latter as coppers and pigs.
