The Goblin Mask is the titular main antagonist of the Halloween special episode of the same name. It was worn by Nina for her Halloween costume, causing it to take control of her body and cause all sorts of trouble.

Appearance

The Goblin Mask is a light blue mask with a large mouth, eyes with pink pupils, and a darker nose. He has a mischievous personality that causes all sorts of trouble when worn by others, notably Nina, and behaves in inhumane ways as the latter had become under its control.

Biography

It only appears in the episode titled "The Goblin Mask", where it is worn by Nina for her Halloween costume. Albeit to everyone, they didn't realize the mask is alive and has control of her body, believing Nina is the one that caused the trouble by stealing all of their candy and even Loula's dog food.

After Pocoyo and others knew the mask's true intentions, it kept latched onto Nina and kept her under control, enforcing the others to find ways to save her. They first lured the mask into a trap and made it sneeze, making Nina free of its control, but later failed as the mask went back on Nina's face to take control of her again. Pocoyo and co. made another plan as Pocoyo and Pato disguise and use a Gourd as a face to trick the mask into thinking it's an actual face to control. This attempt succeeded and thwarted the plans of the Mask, now controlling the Gourd's body. Elly flew the Mask away using a chair, so it landed on Sleepy Bird's nest and befriended her in the end.

• It is the second character to be featured as a main antagonist in the Pocoyo Halloween episodes, the first being the Reflection.
• The Goblin Mask and the Reflection characters from Pocoyo share some similarities.
  • Framed characters from the series for doing certain acts; with Nina and Pocoyo respectively.
  • Both are fond and had stolen Halloween candy.
