He is the manager of Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat, as well as the Goobfather, which is his secondary persona. Additionally, in The Patrick Star Show he is shown to have various other jobs.
He is voiced by Gary Anthony Williams, who also voiced Uncle Ruckus in The Boondocks, Dupe Licitous in The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants: IN SPACE!!! and Riff Tamson in Star Wars: the Clone Wars, and portrayed Bebop in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
In the main series he is a slightly overweight light blue fish who usually wears a white shirt with red stripes, purple pants, a red bow tie, black shoes, and a Goofy Goober hat. As the Goobfather he wears a black suit and hat.
In The Patrick Star Show he instead wears a light yellow shirt with a golden name tag, a green tie, purple pants, and black shoes.
Personality[]
He is generally shown to be respectable about his businesses and he takes action on those that break the rules. Additionally, In The Patrick Star Show episode " FitzPatrick", it's shown that he genuinely considers Patrick to be his friend and he is on good terms with the Star Family.
However, he also has a much more mean side to him as shown in "The Goobfather", where he was willingly to use intimidation and violence to try and get Mr. Krabs to stop selling ice cream. Additionally, in The Patrick Star Show episode "Movie Stars", he hired SpongeBob and Patrick just so he didn't have to pay them and constantly yells at them to do things without giving them proper training or instructions.
