The Infected also known as Zombies are the main antagonists of the 2012 video game, ZombiU.
The Infected were once regular humans that were infected with the Second Blight virus and this would spread in London. The Second Blight virus would cause humans to become aggressive and cannibalistic, turning them into Infected. These Infected would spread the virus by infecting other normal humans.

Blighters[]
Blighters are the most common of the Infected. Blighters are able to do an ability called the clawing punch where they punch the survivor, making the survivor lose 20 of their health. When the survivor begins the lose health, the blighters will lunge and hold on to the survivor which causes the survivor to die.
Hunters[]
Hunters are a variant of the Blighters. Hunters have a fast speed and can find survivors easily. Hunters have the ability to tackle survivors.
Crawlers[]
Crawlers are a variant of the Blighters. Crawlers are blighters without legs that can be killed easily. Crawlers can be created when a survivor shoot the legs off a blighter.

Shamblers are a variant of the Blighters that have a slow moving speed and when the flashlight is shined in their direction, they will ignore it.
