The School Inspectors are the secondary antagonists of Horrid Henry: The Movie.
Biography[]
The Inspectors are first seen along with Miss Oddbod where they walk in on Henry practicing for the talent contest. Under the orders of Vic Van Wrinkle, they plant some gross goo in Henry's bag that, after Henry fights with Margaret, flies out of the bag and lands on Miss Lovely which in turn gets Henry banned from the talent contest and Miss Lovely fired.
Miss Lovely first discovers Van Wrinkles plan when she spots them at Brickhouse and follows them to Van Wrinkle’s office where she eavesdrops on their discussion about said plan. However, she is spotted after breaking a glass she was using to listen in on the conversion, but reports her findings to Perfect Peter in his Good as Gold Book. Van Wrinkle and the School Inspectors imprison Miss Lovely in the Brickhouse for the remainder of the movie. They then watch “Too Cool For School” while making Miss Oddbod write the document that will close down Ashton Primary. After hearing Van Wrinkle unknowingly reveal his plan over the phone, she tricks both of them to go and get some ink in the cupboard. After they leave she calls the police to report what she heard in Van Wrinkle’s confession. The police proceed to show up at the school and arrest them, and do the same to Van Wrinkle. They are shown taking their mugshots at the end of the movie.
Personality[]
The School Inspectors are a duo of corrupt school inspectors who like causing mischief and aiding Vic Van Wrinkle in his plans to close down Ashton Primary. However, what they don't know is that Van was just using them as tools and did not care for them at all due to their stupidity.
