The Joining are the overarching antagonists of the 2004 cartoon series The Batman.
Biography[]
After arriving on Earth, The Joining began its plans for conquest. As hard as the police fought, the aliens couldn't be stopped. Even The Joker, Penguin, Bane and Mr. Freeze teamed up with the police to fight the aliens, as they did not want them to destroy the city that they hoped to conquer. After disabling their circuits, The Joining were said to be destroyed by the Bat family. They actually weren't, as they returned to Earth thanks to Hugo Strange, who gave the Justice League to the aliens in return for the vast knowledge of the universe.
With the Justice League captured, they created a group of robots in the images of the superpowered members of the Justice League to take over Earth. However, the robots were defeated, and the Joining's invasion was stopped.
Triva[]
- They are the biggest threats in the show as even other villains helped take them down.
