The Joker's Team are one of the three main antagonistic factions of LEGO Batman: The Videogame.
The Joker gathered a group of supervillains after the breakout at Arkham Asylum to aid in his devious plan to poison Gotham City. Joker's Team planned to use his laughing gas to poison all of Gotham City, and thus spread death, chaos and misery. The Joker ordered Mad Hatter to steal chemicals from Ace Chemicals to make more laughing gas. They succeeded in aquiring the chemicals but Mad Hatter was defeated by Batman and Robin. Joker and Harley Quinn kidnapped Commissioner Gordon, but he was later freed by the Dynamic Duo. Scarecrow and Killer Moth tries to delay the heroes but are eventually apprehended. Joker and Harley Quinn climb to the top of the Gotham Cathedral and are seconds away from releasing their lethal plan but is ultimately stopped by Batman and Robin. All the villains are apprehended and put back in Arkham Asylum.

- The Joker: The Joker is the team's leader and planned to use his laughing gas toxin to posion all of Gotham City. He is the mastermind behind the whole operation and gives order to the other supervillains. Eventually he is defeated by Batman and Robin in the Gotham Cathedral and brought back to Arkham Asylum.
- Harley Quinn: Harley Quinn is the team's second in command and Joker's girlfriend. She aided Joker in kidnapping Commissioner Gordon but was captured by the Dynamic Duo. Joker and Killer Moth freed Harley from the police and together with Joker she fought Batman and Robin in the Gotham Cathedral. There she was defeated and brought back to Arkham Asylum.
- Killer Moth: Killer Moth is a team member who helped Joker in freeing Harley Quinn from the GCPD. He later tries to delay Batman and Robin but is eventually defeated and brought back into custody.
- Scarecrow: Scarecrow is a team member who aided Joker in escaping from Batman and Robin and together with Joker terrorized the Gotham skies. Scarecrow and Joker crashed in the Gotham Art Gallery where Joker managed to escape but left Scarecrow to be captured.
- Mad Hatter: Mad Hatter is a team member who stole chemicals from ACE Chemicals in order to make more Joker toxin. The villains managed to get the chemicals and Mad Hatter stayed to try and fight the Dynamic Duo. He was defeated and brought into custody.
