The Mistress is a major antagonist in Superjail!.

She is voiced by Sally Donovan.

History[]

Season One[]

Ladies Night[]

At Superjail, a ship crash lands into Superjail which is revealed to actually be a ship belonging to Ultra-Prison, an all female prison ran by The Mistress. The Warden gives The Mistress a tour of Superjail while Jailbot and Nova work on repairing the ship, where The Warden tells The Mistress that Superjail is the largest prison in the dimension 5612, and the two soon argue over who's prisoners are more sophisticated. The Warden makes a bet with The Mistress that if Superjail's Inmates can act the most civilized for one night at a ball with dates for Ultra Prison's inmates, The Warden will get to add all of The Mistress' prisoners to Superjail, and vice-versa for The Mistress. The Twins overhear about the party and decide it sounds far too boring, so they make plans to spice things up.

Left to Right: Charise, Nova, The Mistress, and Bruce.

After both parties miserably attempt to prepare their prisoners for the ball, both Jared and Charise express their frustrations and the two quickly bond over their apparent "crave of abuse". At the ball set up in Superjail's basketball court, The Twins release a jar of Spanish Flies that bite all of the attending female prisoners to get their hormones to become imbalanced, and they all start chasing down the men of Superjail that ends in a giant bloody orgy. The next morning, The Mistress is horrified when she learns that she had sex with The Warden who tells her that even though he technically won the bet, she can keep her prisoners since he doesn't want them anymore.

Season Two[]

Vacation[]

After Jackknife sneaks aboard a cruise ship, he steals drinks and harasses several women by pouring lotion onto them until Jailbot suddenly appears to arrest him and take him back to Superjail while sinking the cruise ship in the process, killing everyone on board. The next morning at Superjail, The Warden suddenly announces that all of Superjail is going on a cruise ship vacation of their own looking for The Skylands, an archipelago of magic floating islands where there's apparently an island for everyone on board. After the ship comes across several flying monsters however, they begin attacking the prisoners until several of them get caught in the ship's rotors.

Suddenly, the ship comes across a god in their path whom they disturbed and he begins attacking the ship as well until they manage to escape. Jared informs The Warden that Jailbot is badly damaged and Alice is missing, and The Doctor tells The Warden that with their navigator also missing, they're now lost in the middle of nowhere. Lord Stingray however finds their navigator's body with the map tattooed on his back and discovers one of the islands could have treasure on it, and Lord Stingray stages a mutiny with Nicky and the other Superjail inmates. Lord Stingray lies to them saying the island they're headed to has all the cigarettes, cigars, and pipes they want so that he could keep the treasure all to himself and they quickly land on the island to make their way to a temple.

Back on the boat, The Doctor manages to free The Warden, Jared, and himself when he kills the guard and takes his guns. Lord Stingray in the meantime manage to find thousands of golden eggs within the temple, though they all quickly hatch and the baby monsters attack them all. Jared manages to get into contact with Ultra Prison and calls them to ask for help, though The Mistress quickly refuses. They then discover the prisoners being attacked by the monsters and while Jared believes its what they deserve for the mutiny, The Warden decides to help them despite their traitorous nature because he made a promise as the Warden of Superjail that he was going to help them reform no matter what. Their plan nearly fails until they're all rescued by Zamzazon valkyries, who takes them to their queen, who's revealed to be Alice. Alice refuses to go back to Superjail and doesn't even let them go simply because they're men, until Jared rips off her skirt to reveal to the Zamzazon valkyries that she used to be a man herself, forcing her to escape with them.

Two months later after they finally return home, The Mistress has used their vacation as an opportunity to take over Superjail and arrests The Warden, Jared, Alice, The Doctor, and everyone else on board.

Season Three[]

Stingstress[]

It's been several months since The Warden, Jared, The Doctor and everyone else on the cruise were arrested by The Mistress, with Alice joining Bruce as a guard and Jailbot still missing. Lord Stingray and The Mistress have become lovers that regularly have dogfights with one another and run Superjail together, until she quickly dumps him for his sexist comments.

The Mistress meets Lord Stingray.

Meanwhile, Charise tells Jared that it's possible for them to be released if The Warden is able to make The Mistress fall in love with him, but he has gone insane due to the lack of control since he was put into a cell like all the other inmates. Charise goes to Alice and tells her that all she needs to do is get the both of them to Superjail's Watchtower called "The Tip" and get them ready for "romance", though The Warden doesn't seem to actually remember what sex is so Alice steps in to have sex with The Mistress while the lights are off, until Lord Stingray returns and discovers the horribly disgusting scene, and The Mistress discovers she's actually a lesbian. Afterwards, The Mistress releases Superjail back to The Warden and agrees to leave.

Oedipus Mess[]

The Mistress briefly appears in a video call to tell The Warden that one of his inmates impregnated one of her prisoners and sends the baby to him to find his father.

Season Four[]

SuperHell![]

The Mistress makes her final appearance when she rescues Alice and Lord Stingray from a pack of aliens, after she discovered a tracking beacon on Jared's escape pod from when The Warden and Ash took over Superjail and started a death cult with literal demons.
