The Mutants are a gang operating in the city of Gotham.
History
Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth find the Mutants gang while they were searching the murderer of Thomas and Martha Wayne ''Matches Malone''. Bruce wanted to give Terence "Cupcake" Shaw $50,000 in exchange for give them information about Malone but Terence wanted to fight with Alfred. Bruce first he didnt want to agree to idea but later Alfred accept the offer and fight with him and manages to subdue Shaw.
After that he tells them they should go to Celestial Gardens and look for Jeri.
Before the cataclysm terence was replaced by the Mutant Leader.
