The Narrator is one of the minor characters of Villainous.
He is the narrator of Orientation Videos for Villains (mainly the introduction) and advertisements, debuting in The Missing Cases of OOO. He also appeared physically as an Arena Master in the episode The VVV.
In Spanish, he was voiced by Stephan Schoer Silva.

The Lost Cases of Elmore only shows The Narrator's lower body with him wearing a black suit.
The Narrator's appearance revealed in The VVV that he has a megaphone for his head with eyebrows, a beard, a monocle, and a bowler hat. He also wears a black suit and a bow on top.
Personality[]
In Orientation Videos, The Narrator seems to conflict with Dr. Flug as the latter hates him, which leads to the former not sleeping for a week due to rehearsing for videos after tiredly introducing Dr. Flug. Despite being abused, he only suffered from tame punishments, and his worst was him frozen for 5 minutes. Despite this, he is okay with narrating the videos about villain orientation and promoting Black Hat Organization's products, boosting its popularity and goals.
