We are the only rational players around here, and would make valuable allies - so long as we know you intend to get this place back to bringing in caps.

~ Mags describing the Operators
The Operators are a Raider faction in the Fallout 4 DLC Nuka-World
They are an organized crime syndicate led by Mags & William Black who operate out of Nuka-World. But look to expand into the rest of the Commonwealth.
Orginization[]
The Operators are very vaguely organized though they are led by Mags & William, they are organized as a crime syndicate with their only purpose being to make as many caps as possible, despite this they seem to be organized like any other Raider group.
Biography[]
Like the other Raider gangs they were brought to Nuka-World by Overboss Colter & Porter Gage but quickly found themselves restricted to Nuka-Town USA while Colter procrastinated on clearing out the rest of Nuka-World.
After the Sole Survivor killed Colter and became the Overboss of the 3 raider gangs they meet up with Mags & William who tell them about their group.
In the quest Power Play, depending on how much territory they were granted by the Sole Survivor they will either fight against or for the Sole Survivor and the other 2 raider gangs, The Pack and The Disciples
