The Prisoners, or officially known as The Revolutionary Special Forces by Pukin, are the main antagonists of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
They are a group of prisoners whom Tot Pop, with Pfle's backing, released at the Magical Girl Prison within B-City, in order to hunt down the assassin known as Rain Pow. However, they are caught up in the crossfire with the Investigation Team, who also want Pow. They are the arch-enemies of both the Namiyama Magical Girls and the Investigation Team.

After the events of Restart, it is revealed that the faction was financed and backed in secret by Pfle, who hired Tot Pop, a rogue magical girl, to release Pythie from imprisonment after Snow White arrested her, in order to start a revolution against the Magical Kingdom and overthrow its rulers. Tot later hired Pukin, a former member of the Magical Kingdom's examination division, and Pukin's partner-in-crime Sonia Bean.
While the plan was successful, the untimely appearance of the assassin known as Rain Pow have thrown a wrench to their plans, leading to the Prisoners themselves to pursue the assassin across the quarantined B-City. Rain Pow's arrival in B-City have also led the Investigation Team to hunt the criminal down, deeming her as dangerous. And soon after, the Prisoners come in conflict with the Investigation Team and later the Namiyama Magical Girls, leading to the deaths of Tot Pop and Sonia Bean by Rain Pow and Archfiend Pam, respectively, thus putting their plan at risk.
Ultimately, Pukin's betrayal of Pythie was the final straw, leading to Pythie to ally with the students and the Investigation Team to put a stop to the rampaging magical girl, leading to Pukin's death at the hands of Tepsekemei.
Post-Limited[]
With Pukin's death, in JOKERS Pfle was put under investigation by the Magical Kingdom for the events at B-City for her actions, of which led to her sealing her memories with Bluebell Candy's magic to hide her involvement.
