Biography[]
The Rolling Devils are a nationwide biker gang with a long history of organized crime, from smuggling to contract killing. Chaycon, active in Des Plaines, Illinois, plotted a revenge scheme utilizing the city's history of being terrorized by serial killer Phillip Dowd, which the BAU investigated. As Agents Luke Alvez and Matthew Simmons worked for the unit, around the time one of the gang's latest shipments was to arrive, Chaycon ordered the bikers under his command to commit a series of copycat shootings in Dowd's style, hoping the BAU would be attracted back to the city. The plan worked, and once the car with Simmons and Alvez were cornered, the bikers kidnapped them both with the use of flash grenades. Chaycon revealed himself as the mastermind, confronting Alvez and Simmons as who he believed to be the masterminds behind the killing of his brother and the violent scarring of Chaycon by a prison gang. He beat them and tortured them with cigarette burns to extort confessions, but they refused to meet his inaccurate assumptions. Chaycon and the bikers in the meantime communicated about their impending escape for their latest operations. Alvez and Simmons decided to use Chaycon's suspicions, putting them blame on his second-in-command, Fleabag. Chaycon shot him and told his accomplices to take care of his body. Simmons and Alvez broke out, got into lengthy fistfights and shootouts with the bikers, and Chaycon and his accomplices were killed by the agents, with the assistance of their colleagues and local police raiding the warehouse they were in on convenient timing.
