The Ruff-Ruff Pack is a trio of reckless cycle driving dogs who appear as the main antagonists of the Moto-Pups sub-series of the children's TV show PAW Patrol.

They're are Wildcat's Arch-enemies.

Members

Hubcap

Hubcap is a French Bulldog and leader of the Ruff-Ruff Pack. He usually gives out orders to his team. He is boastful of his driving skills, although, as Gasket points out, has a tendency to wreck motorcycles. He is the most arrogant of the three, as he tends to be bossy, rude, and immoral. He is also the only racist of the three, as he hates cats, especially when Wild Cat is the member of the PAW Patrol. He even hates the PAW Patrol for foiling his plans.

Gasket

Gasket is a Siberian Husky and also a member of the Ruff-Ruff Pack. She usually talks sarcastically about things such as her failed tricks and Hubcap's overconfidence. She also tends to point out to Hubcap that his tendency to wreck motorcycles overrules his boasting of his driving skills which usually doesn't sit well for Hubcap.

Dwayne

Dwayne is a Great Dane and also a member of the Ruff-Ruff pack. He is the least serious member of the group and is sometimes skittish on stunts that are too dangerous. Out of the three, he is probably the least evil of the Ruff Ruff Pack.

Biography

Moto Pups: Pups vs. the Ruff-Ruff Pack

They make their debut appearance when they see Wild Cat attempting to practice his Triple Alley-Oop Loop for his upcoming stunt show in Adventure Bay. Hubcap plans to steal Wild Cat's motorcycle by luring him to a helmet with a propeller, invented by Gasket. The plan didn't work, but instead, the helmet was found by Daring Danny X who tried it on only for the propeller to shorten out causing Danny to fall and hang onto a cliff over a canyon, forcing Wild Cat to ditch his motorbike to save Danny. Hubcap uses this distraction to steal Wild Cat's motorbike, only to find that when he turns it on, it goes too fast and he eventually causes it to crash near the Adventure Bay sign. Seeing the sign, Hubcap believes it's a great place to cause some "wheel" trouble.

Arriving at Adventure Bay, they immediately start causing trouble by frightening Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta and knocking over trash cans and benches. They even unscrew the ferris wheel loose with Hubcap driving it. They divert the ferris wheel from the pier back towards Adventure Bay to cause even more damage. But the PAW Patrol Moto Pups set up a barrier to block their path. Hubcap then decides to divert the ferris wheel to the Moto Pups HQ to take it out on them for foiling his plans. But he fails to notice that they're heading for a gorge that is in the way and interrupts Gasket and Dwayne's attempts to warn him, forcing them to jump off the ferris wheel. Wild Cat who is now the PAW Patrol's newest member uses his yarn-ball launcher to stop the ferris wheel short of the gorge. Hubcap vows vengeance on the PAW Patrol and the Ruff-Ruff Pack retreats.
