“ | These are the Showstoppers; Bon, Sha, Boozoo and Banny, a computer-animated band made by BSI to entertain children. | „ |
~ The narrator of the Company Introductory Tape explaining what The Showstoppers are. |
The Showstoppers are the main antagonists of the analog horror series The Walten Files.
They are the main group of animatronic performers in the Bon's Burgers restaurant. While their main purpose was to perform for the restaurant during its one month operation time, Bon has used the members as vessels for many of his victims, preserving the false innocence of Felix Kranken. The victims now call out to Sophie Walten, reopening scars she didn't know she had, to stop the madness Bon has caused, as he hunts her down.
History[]
The Showstoppers were originally the idea of two college students, Jack Walten and Felix Kranken. They both decided to dedicate sixteen years in order to complete this dream, with the help of an engineer from another company, named Susan Woodings, who works for Cyberfun Tech. She builds the animatronics and does maintenance on them until her death. Before they can complete it, though, Felix Kranken draws suspicion to himself when Edd and Molly Walten go missing, as he had killed them in a car crash. He reprograms Bon to kill five people, and hide the bodies inside of his fellow Showstoppers. Bon's Burgers opens with only Felix doing it alone, officially creating The Showstoppers. This only lasted a month, with the only documented birthday they had being of Jeremy Simmons, their first birthday party. The restaurant closes due to the many murders Bon commits, and The Showstoppers are officially disbanded, before being put inside of a storage facility for future use. The victims are restless, though, and are trying to communicate with Sophie Walten about the horrible things that happened to them, and how they need to be saved.

Trivia[]
- The Showstoppers have a lore significant album of the same name.
- On the last day of Bon's Burgers operation, none of The Showstoppers were shown for the birthdays.
- Exists a theory that they are based on BSI workers:
- Bon is based on Jack as he looks somewhat similar and described as "Sarcastic assh*le" due of Jack's bad relationships with the creator of characters (See below). He also wears red tie and red is Jack's favorite color. Bon is a bunny because Jack was Bunny Smiles Incorporated co-founder.
- Sha is based on Rosemary as she looks somewhat similar and is very kind, like her.
- Boozoo is based on Charles as he looks somewhat similar. It might mean that Charles was an artist.
- Banny is based on unknown yet worker of BSI, who had bad relationships with Jack (Like between Banny and Bon), created characters (As A) Bon is a jerkass and B) Banny has somewhat bigger role than Boozoo and Sha in official materials) and was in love with Susan (As Banny is in love with Holly. See below.). She also might be Jack's cousin or co-founder of BSI.
- Billy is based on someone, who was close friend of aforementioned worker, but hardly knew Jack (As Billy is a close friend of Banny, but Bon always forgetting about him), who might be Chris (Also, if that 8-bit worker from The Relocate Project is indeed Chris, as one of authors said, then he had similar long curly hair).
- Pete is based on N. Pooltrick as he's the head of farm (Like Pooltrick is a director of Cyberfun Tech) and he helped main cast (Like Cyberfun Tech helped BSI).
- Bobby is based on Jason Pooltrick, as he's the founder of farm (Like Jason was the founder of Cyberfun). It might mean that Jason dreamed about creating something big for technology, considering Bobby's promise to create "the most qualitative barn in world".
- Johnny and his children might be based on unknown yet N. Pooltrick's brother, nephew and niece.
- Holly is based on Susan, as they looks similar and she works on Hippo's farm (Like Susan worked on Cyberfun Tech).
- Rocket is based on Felix, as he had brother-like relationships with Jack and was co-founder of BSI, Rocket wears blue tie (Felix's favorite color) and he always has half-closen eyes (As Felix rarely could be seen not drunk).
