The Silver Paw, also referred to as T.S.P. in Book 1, are the secondary antagonists in the Piggy franchise.
They are a group formed out of various survivors of the infection, lead by Willow. The group took control of a refinery, which they converted into a shelter for survivors. They provided food, clothes, and clean living facilities for the survivors, and are not actually as bad as they seem.

Book 1[]
While the group doesn’t appear in Book 1, several notes left from them are found in Chapters 8 to 10.
Book 2[]
Chapter 2: Store[]
After talking through a radio to The Safe Place, Willow tells the group to meet them at the Old Oak. The Player, Pony and Zizzy arrive but realize it's a trap when the group come out of the trees revealing themselves to the three survivors. Willow reveals to the Player that Pony was in the group before. They decide to take Zizzy for questioning. Pony reveals to the Player The Silver Paw's name and explained that he joined the group when the infection first started. However, after staying there for a while, realized they did bad things so he left. After this, The Player and Pony leave to rescue Zizzy.
Chapter 3: Refinery[]
The Player and Pony follow the group to an abandoned Oil Refinery. The two sneak around while avoiding the other guards and Tigry as well. After getting Zizzy's cell opened she reveals she's scratched by Poley, whom she was attacking inside. The two forbid her farewell before leaving back to The Safe Place to tell the members what happened.
Chapter 4: The Safe Place[]
When heading back to The Safe Place, Willow follows the two back in order to know where their base is since Zizzy caused a stir at their outpost. As revenge of this, the group decide to blow up The Safe Place in order for the members to get out. Once The Safe Place Members get out, Willow reveals her plan to the members before locking them in a cell in a Factory. She tells the members they'll stay in the cell until they'll cooperate or wear out before leaving.
Chapter 5: Sewers[]
Even though most of the members don't appear in this chapter, Tigry and Willow are the only ones that appear. Tigry witnesses the members leaving and is about to throw his dagger but has a change of heart and doesn't throw the dagger. Willow witnesses this and calls Tigry useless before going to shoot Pony. However, Giraffy gets in the way and takes the bullet instead. Outraged, The Player stands up to Willow telling her that they are setteling this.
Chapter 6: Factory[]
Willow gives the Player and Pony a headstart to get out of the Factory. During this someone trapped all of the TSP Members in different types of traps, so The Player sets them free while also trying to avoid Willow and Kolie at the same time. After getting everyone out, Willow attempts to shoot The Player but Katie stops her telling her that they saved their lives. Willow decides to ignore is and decides to go and shoot The Player anyway only for Zee and Zuzy to arrive at the right moment. Pony reveals that Zee and Zuzy and Zizzy's sisters, the same one that Willow took away from them, Willow apologizes to the group.
Katie tells the members that they'll take care of Giraffy and Willow reveals that there is a cure up North which could save Zizzy so The Safe Place including Willow go on a journey to save Zizzy.

- Before the group's true identity was revealed, IK3As made an unknown game regarding to them titled "No Significant Harassment".
- It's presumed they are aware of The Insolence, as they left a note to members saying that the Sewers (The Insolence’s presumed main base of operation) is strictly forbidden and that anybody down there will be relocated.
