Dean: Liam there is no Snatcher, It's just a… a kind of an urban legend around here, although recently it has felt a little too close to home, a couple towns in the county have had some kids go missing, but thankfully Hackett hasn't made it up on that wall. |

- He is similar to The Grabber in numerous ways
- They both prey on and kidnap kids.
- Both were a mask to hide their face (although The Grabber lets his face be half seen).
- Both drive a black vehicle.
- Both lock kids in a basement like cellar.
- Both died in the location where they kept their victims The Grabber dying in his basement and The Snatcher dying in the ball pit cellar
- Ironically despite being similar in numerous ways unlike The Grabber who's only two redeeming qualities are his care for his brother Max and dog Samson, The Snatcher has absolutely no redeeming qualities being an irredeemable monster.
- In German version instead of saying "Kill The Snatcher" it says "kill the rapist" meaning The Snatcher is a child predator as well.
