The Supervisor is a major antagonist in the 2025 indie horror video game Little Nightmares III and is the main antagonist the tabletop role-playing gameplay Sticky Sweet. She is a resident of the Spiral and, in accordance with her name, was the imposing, yet authoritative, supervisor of the Candy Factory. Watching through the factory's security system while going about and doing her work, she would not hesitate to hunt down and kill Low and Alone if she catches them on sight.
Characteristics[]
Similar to most Little Nightmares characters, the Supervisor lacks dialogue. However, her characteristics are told through her actions in-game. Throughout the Candy Factory chapter, she is shown constantly stressing over her work and becoming aggravated while trying to keep the factory under control. Her multiple limbs and multitasking suggests that she represents the pressure of the adult working life.
Appearance[]
The Supervisor is a monstrous elderly six-armed woman, with each finger on each of her hands sporting a purple fingernail. She has a heavily wrinkled and warped face, that sports a constant but psychotic grin on her face. Her attire consists of a long blue dress, with six long sleeves reaching to each of her elbows. A round purple beaded necklace is wrapped tightly around her neck, along with matching round purple earrings on her ears. Her hair is similar to a 1960's beehive hairstyle.
