The Tester β (also known as Tester) is a major antagonist in the mobile video game, Azur Lane. She was a alienoid ship who was the member of the Sirens as their main goal is to obtain the Mental Cubes and change the course of the world history.
She is voiced by Chika Anzai in Japanese version, and by Brittany Lauda in English version.
Overview[]
In accordance to her class, her purpose is to test the "parameters" of each simulation done by The Observer α , by pitting the protagonists against older, outdated Siren models, and at times, against herself. Despite being a tester, she still interacts very little with the protagonists.
So far, her gameplay appearance as an enemy boss is limited to being the Bonus Boss of Fallen Wings event. Her main role is to determine if the parameters given by Observer is satisfactory.
Personality[]
The Tester's personality was completely complex as she was both intelligent and strong. Like all Sirens, she was also very cunning and manipulative as she pitted the Crimson Axis against the Azur Lane in the quest to obtain the Mental Cubes, though she prefers to do it in the shadows.
She was also very sadistic and cruel when been provoked or as she does not hesitate to attack her enemies in a ruthless way. Despite that, she mostly used her cunning strategies to fulfill her goal and manipulating both allies and foes in her own wish, making her completely powerful and dangerous, she also is a coward as in she always been defeated by fleeing.
