The Ugly Gang are minor villains of the RockStar video game Red Dead Revolver.
The Ugly Gang was founded and led by Ugly Chris Bailey in the 1880's, and had a few officers such as "Chicken", "Hedgehog" Thornton, "Whiskey" Treadwell and "Gigolo" Hancock. It also had other members.
The gang eventually took over the entire town of Widow's Patch and the Sheriff, Paul O'Grady was powerless to stop them. Although they planned on killing him, Chris spared him due to his affection for his daughter, Katie. Whether Katie returned her affection is unknown, although she never bothered killing the gang.
Red Harlow arrived in Widow's Palace during the mission "Ugly Streetfight" to collect on Bloody Tom's Gang bounties, but O'Grady informs Red that because the Ugly Gang has stolen all of the money, he can't pay Red even a cent. Just then Udo Kang, shoots and kills Red's dog which angers Red and provokes him to attack the entire gang, killing them all, one by one, officer by officer.
After Charlie Hancock is shot down, Ugly Chris comes from the Sheriff's Office to challenge the bounty hunter. He takes Sheriff O'Grady as an iron shield and starts shooting at Red. After a long battle in which O'Grady was injured, Chris is gunned down by Red and the Ugly Gang is finally finished off, yet Widow's Patch would only stay safe for the time being, until Prof. Perry and his circus crew took it over.

"Ugly" Chris Bailey: The leader of the Ugly gang and possibly the strongest and tallest member, is a boisterous man who had committed over a dozen murders and has a bounty of 350$ on his head. He is known for being unhygienic and a coward, using O'Grady as his shield during the battle with him and uses a six-shooter as his primary weapon. In Showdown mode he is equipped with a sawn-off shotgun and his special ability grants him flaming ammunition which can take down an opponent in a second. He can also grab and thrown an opponent.
"Chicken": The outlaw known only as Chicken is a rumoured zoophiliac and a murderer, with a bounty of 125$ on his head, which is actually the second highest bounty reward behind only Ugly Chris, assuming he is much more dangerous than his nickname would suggest. He is the first officer killed by Red, covers a lot and uses a Six-shooter. In Showdown mode he is equipped with dynamite as well and his special ability makes the dynamite stick permanently to an opponent which always kills them.
"Hedgehog" Thornton: Thornton is actually considered the ugliest member of the gang but only a shoo-in for them and has a bounty of 100$ for mayhem and murder. True to his name, his hairstyle resembles a hedgehog. Sheriff Bartlett notes that O'Grady must really be running slow otherwise Thornton would be dead by now. He is the second officer killed by Red and uses a sawn-off shotgun. In Showdown mode he has a six-shooter and his special ability grants him bullets indulged in snake oil.
William "Whiskey" Treadwell: William "Whiskey" Treadwell has no bounty information, but it is rumoured he was once in an orphanage ran by Father Callahan. William started drinking a lot of Jack Daniel's whiskey there which was where he also got his nickname from and Callahan send him to live with Father Treadwell since he could not control William anymore. However, Whiskey never reached Treadwell for he jumped off the train at Widow's Patch and joined in with Chris. He is killed in a duel by Red in front of the saloon. He uses a six-shooter and knives in Showdown mode and his special ability is getting nitrogenic bottles which explode on contact.
Charlie "Gigolo" Hancock: Charlie "Gigolo" Hancock, like Chicken, is a cowardly outlaw who was allowed into the gang after impressing Chris after killing a drunken school teacher when he was sleeping. He is the second tallest member but only has a bounty of 25$, presumably because he only killed one person and isn't really considered much of a threat. He taunts Red by flipping him off after stepping out of a restaurant and uses twin revolvers as his weapons. Nevertheless, he was killed by Red. In Showdown mode he has a six-shooter and his special ability grants him flaming ammunition.
Udo Kang: Udo Kang is presumably of Chinese descent, is known for his small stature and was known for being something of a bully in his youth. He has a meek body and is not particularly strong, so he prefers to attack his victims from behind and fights dirty. He has a bounty reward of 50$ for murder and mayhem. He shoots and kills Red's dog when the latter pees on his boots but is killed by Red in retaliation. In Showdown he uses a six-shooter and a sawn-off shotgun and his special ability grants him ice bottles which freeze the opponent.
"Twiggy" Phelps: "Twiggy", as his nickname would suggest, is known for staying alive for as long as he has only because of his thin body type. He had to order his belt from a child's section and could actually hide behind a Yucca tree without turning sideways. Him, Udo and Bad Bob Larson are the first three Ugly gang members encountered and typically the first three killed. In Showdown mode he has the same weapons as Udo and the same special ability as "Whiskey".
Jacques Markus: Jacques is a Canadian assassin who was known for killing gold miners for gold nuggets and used to hunt moose. He has a bounty reward of 50$. He is dressed in fur hat and boots despite the desert temperature and shoots down at Red from a building's balcony only to be shot down by Red in return. He is not playable in Showdown mode.
"Bad" Bob Larson: Though originally member of the Black Gang, Bob Larson is seen at the beginning of "Ugly Streetfight" with Udo and Phelps when Udo kills Red's dog. Larson is surprised by Kang's actions. He is wanted for grand larceny and has apparently robbed around Brimstone according to Bartlett's journal. He is killed by Red in the ensuing mission and is not playable in Showdown.

Jacques is the only gang member to not be playable if Bob Larson isn't counted, since he is actually a member of the Black Gang.
"Ugly" Chris Bailey can be downloaded as a playable character in Red Dead Redemption via the Legends and Killers pack, along with a few other Red Dead Revolver characters.
Originally the Ugly Gang was about to be fought at the Broken Creek but the idea was scrapped at the last second since Sheriff Bartlett's journal still contains images of Chris at the Broken Creek page.
Sheriff O'Grady's daughter, Katie, uses flaming ammunition for her Lion shotgun in Showdown mode, a trademark ability of Chris and Hancock, possibly assuming Katie returned a bit of her affection to Chris or at least modelled her weapon style after him. Also, when the game is completed on the "Red Wood Revolver" mode, the ending image shows Chris trying to impress or flirt with Katie.
Ugly Chris Bailey is the tallest and heaviest members of the The Ugly Gang with 186 cm (6'1'' feet) tall and weighs 126kg (276 pounds).
