The World System is the main antagonist of Blue Reflection : Second Light. After the Sephirot's death, the World System released the Ash, to kill everyone in the world. When some reflectors were transported to Oasis, the World System tries to kill them so that they could completly reset the world.

After the Sephirot's death in the first Blue Reflection, there was no overseer for the World anymore. To resolve the problem, the Ash unleashed the Ash to the world causing people to fall sick and die as well has summoning demons who would help to the world's destruction. As some reflectors were saved due to Yuzu and Lime transporting them to a world called Oasis, The World system decides to send demons known as Anti-Virus to kill the reflectors. They also ressurect Yuki (one of the Ash's victim) and sends her with the reflector to act as a spy and give their position.
Blue Reflection : Second Light[]
While Ao and her friends try to help the others reflector to regain their memories, the World System with the help of Yuki, sends the Anti-Virus to Oasis but the latters would be defeated by the reflectors.
After the reflectors manages to reach the deepest part of Everyone's Heartscape, they are transported back at Oasis where the World System fights them. After the World System's defeat, the reflectors leave Oasis to come back the the new world they created.
