The Wretched is the main antagonist of the 2024 Halloween event in the Roblox tower defense game Tower Defense X.

He is the leader of the Awakened, a sub faction of Calamity's army. His goal is to take down the GDA and destroy humanity as a whole.

He is voiced by Aaron Prevails.

Appearance

The Wretched holds the title of the largest boss in the game, he wears a dark purple cloak, which has a purple Calamity mark on its forehead, he has 4 glowing eyes which glow purple, he has a exposed spine which go to his legs which resemble a spider.

Biography

The Wretched's origins are unknown, however it is unlikely he was created by Dr. Xenon as he calls her creations "idiotic."

He leads the Awakened, a sub faction of the Calamity, he leads his army to destroy and leave no life, his true motivation behind this being that the GDA were interfering with their "resources", which is likely to be the Calamity Crystals that are used to power the Golden Towers and what are used by Dr. Xenon to likely awaken the Calamity.
