The Zeragill is a minor antagonist of Choushinsei Flashman, serving as the primary antagonist of the Episode 39. He was a monkey Beast Warrior creation at the service of the Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess.
Biography[]
The most powerful Beast Warrior that Sir Cowler had hunted down, captured from planet Belda. This monkey-shaped monster possessed five mask-like faces but had a "compartmentalized mind"; the mind was split but worked together towards the same goal ultimately. After being summoned, Emperor Lah Deus and Dr. Keflen sent Zeragill to Earth to attack Tokyo. When he first emerged and attacked the city, the Flashman arrived and started fighting with the monster. Jin appeared to destroy the villain with his Red Vul, but the five masks flew towards his friends; four masks attached to Jin's teammates while Red Flash destroyed the fifth with his Prism Holy Sword.
However with the other four attached, they became brainwashed and monstrous in appearance and all turned against Jin and attacked him, whether in human or Flashman forms. The brainwashed Flashmen pursued Jin throughout the entire Tokyo and nearly captured the Red Flash. However, the plan started to backfire when Leh Wanda was sent down (presumably by Lee Keflen) to take his own claim in defeating Jin instead of by his brainwashed teammates.
The clashing of Jin's Prism Holy Sword and Wanda's Killer Saber ended up disrupting The Zeragill's powers and force his dark masks to fall from his teammates. Red Flash continued to pursue the monster until a combination of his own energy and Wanda's swords finally disabled Zeragill's magic. The Flashman regrouped and together finished off the monster. After being destroyed by the Flashmen's Rolling Vulcan, the Beast Warrior was ressurected and enlarged by Kuragen and fought the Flashman's mechas. Zeragill was ultimately taken down by Great Titan.
