Theodore Perseus Murdsly, commonly referred to as Ted Turdsley, is a minor antagonist in the Netflix series adaptation of the Captain Underpants franchise, The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, serving as the main antagonist of "The Flustering Mindless Woe of the Flushable Memory Wipes".
He attended the Jerome Horwitz Elementary School back in his younger years. It was due of an event in which he sat in some pudding that he became known by the nickname Ted Turdsley.
He was voiced by Rob Riggle, who also played Aloysius O'Hare in The Lorax, Bela in Hotel Transylvania 2, Mr. Walters in 21 Jump Street, Carl in Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, Travis and Captain Lippencott in Dumb and Dumber To, Mr. Dickers in Victorious, Cactus Pete in Albert and Greg in Big Hero 6: The Series.

While he may be tragic, his actions of brainwashing the entire school just so that he can get rid of the nickname he was collected while he was in school was still wrong, as he is seen sadistically doing it with no remorse to others, showing how selfish he could also be.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
When he was a kid, Theodore Murdsley was part of a school band. At one of his concerts, he sat in some pudding. When he stood up, someone shouted out that it looked like he pooped his pants and the children laugh.
Present[]
At some point, later in life, he became to toiletries salesman and offers Mr. Krupp free toilet wipes on Chill Wednesday. Not the cost or purpose of the wipes, Mr. Krupp uses rush to use them because of the chill and causing the wipes to landed on people's heads.
With everyone's (besides George and Harold) memories erased, Mr. Murdsley connives them he is the principal, George and Harold have found out and try to reveal the truth, but Mr. Murdsley wipes their memories to stop them.
Later, when the boys use a comic to restore their memories, he locks them up to prevent them from revealing the truth. Later he teams up with Melvin Sneedly and build a giant robot memory wpier before having the suit sitting in pudding. After being laughed again, he retreats and plans revenge.
