Thomas Luca is the overarching antagonist of the Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior episode "Strays". He is a brutal human trafficker who kidnapped numerous women and sold them to the sadistic Clark Earle Page to use as a slave and torture to death.
He was betrayed by Robert LaSardo, who also portrayed Inmate 297 in The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence).
History[]
Thomas was once a drug trafficker and pimp but was charged for the crimes on an unknown date and later became a Human Trafficker who sold victims to be tortured, possibly raped, and murdered. He started to sell victims to Clark Page to murder and also allowed him to kidnap woman and give it to him as well.
Strays[]
Luca starts an auction of slaves and intends to sell Emily Thorpe to a client, after being gave to the client in question, the FBI breaks in and raids the place and taking all the people there for information, where Thomas Luca also happens to be at. First smug, he is threatened to be attacked by the government, for which he is forced to tell them about the location of Thorpe, saving her from being rape.
