Thomas Luca is the overarching antagonist of the Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior episode "Strays". He is a brutal human trafficker who kidnapped numerous women and sold them to the sadistic Clark Earle Page.
He was portrayed by Robert LaSardo, who also portrayed Inmate 297 in The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence).
History[]
Thomas was once a drug trafficker and pimp who later became a human trafficker as it gave him more money, and it was safer. Clark Page, a sex offender, was made to be an enforcer for the ring, kidnapping women and keeping them captive until giving them to Luca. In exchange, Luca gave him multiple high risk women as reluctant accomplices so he could torture and eventually murder them out of anger.
Strays[]
The IRT team starts to investigate Page for kidnapping the daughter of a high ranking official, where Thomas’s name comes up as a major drug traffficker across Europe. Page is arrested after fleeing his house and reveals that Luca was his employer. Luca starts an auction of several women and intends to sell Emily Thorpe to a client. After being gave to the client in question, the FBI breaks in and raids the place, taking all the people there for information. First smug and refusing to say anything, he is threatened with the FBI leader prosecuting him, as he was Emily’s godfather. Finally, he reveals the location where he sold her, saving her from a massive trafficking party and her attempted rape.
