Thor AKA Yūma Chiaki was one of the Eight Deadly Fists of Ragnarök, holding the place of the Seventh Fist.
Personality[]
Thor is a dedicated individual who goes to great lengths to fulfil his goal of turning Sumo into a Martial Art. Despite being part of a gang, he has a sense of honor and loyalty not found with the other Eight Fists, staying true to his word even in defeat. This sense of honor comes from the conduct of Sumo he follows.
Biography[]
Thor held a dream to create a recognized Martial Art based off of sumo wrestling and joined Ragnarök to pave the way toward this goal. He gained the rank of the Seventh Fist and created an underground fighting ring to gather followers and develop his sumo moves.
When the Shinpaku Alliance decides to go on the offensive against Ragnarök, they target Thor's underground fighting ring. To minimize the fighting, Kenichi directly challenges Thor to a fight which he accepts when Niijima goads him. The two fight under the conditions that Thor will leave Ragnarök if he loses and if he wins, Kenichi will become Thor's underling and help him develop his sumo fighting style. The fight takes place inside a makeshift metal arena dug into the ground which was designed so fighters can't be thrown out and must instead be beaten unconscious, which gives Thor the advantage due to his superior size and strength. Kenichi manages to win by gathering the strength to throw Thor out of the hole. Thor acknowledges he was defeated fairly and honors the terms of his agreement and decides to quit Ragnarök. He fears this will be the end of his dream, but Kenichi points out that the bet never mentioned anything about him abandoning his goal and encourages him to develop his fighting style properly, earning Thor's respect. Afterward, Thor realizes from Niijima that the difference between the Shinpaku Alliance and Ragnarök is that the former are actually friends who respect each other.
For leaving Ragnarök, Thor is punished by being beaten by the remaining Fists. While being beaten, Thor decries Ragnarök's false loyalty when compared to the Shinpaku Alliance.
During the Shinpaku Alliance's final battle against Ragnarök, Thor comes to their aid along with Hermit. Thor tries to fight Odin but is easily defeated when Odin uses a technique that causes internal damage. Before Odin can kill Thor, Kenichi arrives and fights him. Odin orders Ragnarök's thugs to destroy the Shinpaku Alliance, but Ukita, Takeda, and Siegfried arrive with reinforcements, and they hold off the thugs until Kenichi can defeat Odin.
Abilities[]
Sumo fighting style: Thor uses a self-made martial art based on sumo moves and incorporates all manner of moves, especially palm strikes. Thor was skilled enough to become one of Eight Fists and Kenichi was unable to effectively harm him during their fight.
Large Body: Thor's naturally large and trained physique gives him incredible strength and durability. Normal attacks don't faze his muscular build and his punches are strong enough to dent metal walls.
