  • Hey, I just want the answer to an unanswered question that I had for a while: which and who exactly is the most evil villains in Cartoon Network as a whole, in general? And I do not want opinions or beliefs or something like that. I just want to know which are the villains in Cartoon Network and its shows are Pure Evil. Tell me soon! Thanks and have a good day, everyone!

    • Also, just wanna add: give me pictures of all of said villains while you're at it. Thanks!

    • I prefer it if you give me a list about them, I wouldn't know if all the villains on that list is Pure Evil.

    • Usually villains who count as Complete Monster on TV Tropes would count as Pure Evil on here. Not saying TV Tropes is always right since I do disagree with a fair few they have listed.

    • Like whom?

    • Well from Cartoon Network there is: Katz from Courage the Cowardly Dog, The Lich from Adventure Time, Vilgax from Ben 10, Dick Hardley from The Powerpuff Girls, Scarlett from Total Drama ( TV Tropes doesn't think she counts and even some admins on here don't but I think she should have counted considering the scale of her crime despite her screentime)

    • Speaking of pure evil, can you add Hulk (Old Man Logan) into the list of purely evil villains, because it seemed like he somehow has not been added to the page of pure evil villains? Why, I don't really know. Me, I can't do it, because I'm blocked from here for some reason. Thanks!

    • Why exactly do you think he counts? I am not familiar with this series so I need some context.

    • Even his personality says the proof: he led his own "family" to terrorize or torment anyone who lives in his city, raped dozens of women I'm sure, including his own cousin, and had his gang kill Logan's family, because they got bored, and just so Hulk could put up a fight with Logan again. What more proof do you need that he qualifies as a Pure Evil, huh?

    • Ok. What is the heinous standard like? Does he have any redeeming qualities? Does he have a Freudian Excuse?

        Loading editor
    • None of those. All his excuses are is that he wants a fight, and I quote, "like the good old days".
