Also wanted to say I watched Death Note and seriously don’t believe Yagami is pure evil. Yes he was willing to kill innocents/people that were in his way but he still intend to make a better world without criminals.
Unlike a delusional villain like Koba who clearly had no true Nobel goal and was only out for himself, Light’s end goal was still heroic as he wanted to kill all of the criminals in the world. He also showed remorse while dying (as seen how he cried while seeing a more innocent and young version of himself) and had a sympathetic death with him sying peacefully.
