Ok, so maybe Alex had some blurry moral intent. But like, he could have just reported it to the authorities and just told on Bryce with the help of a literal witness Jessica who has also overheard what Bryce said. But Bryce was just mad about the whole abortion thing with Chloe and how Zach was with her and Bryce may had percieved it differently with the reason for breaking Zach's knee and stuff. Zach commited Assult and Battery. And Alex commited like Second Degree Murder. I am not saying he's a Pure Evil Villain or anything like how people though of Bryce surprisingly as a young teenager and what not. I am just saying he's just also this type of Anti-Villain. He also has done other villainous acts like Breaking And Entering being an accomplice to Robbery along with maybe another Home Invasion entering Clay's house on Season 2 which I would not really want to point out as much since it seemed Clay and Alex were friends but it seemed kinda close enough to be pointed out. Along with how Alex was in the taking or was accepting out an illegal exchangement for Steroids/Drugs and got mad because of how he thought Justin was going to tell on him and/or for it or something which felt somewhat surprisingly for why he goes through the loud outbursts until looking more closer into the Flashbacks a little more. He did those things which would ruin the lives of others. It would go against the Law like how most other villains would do those types of things. Yes some Heroes do Illegal stuff like Batman being a vigilante, commiting a crime known as "vigilantism" for the audiences perspective and some around or outside of Gotham City. But like what Alex did with the actions asides from just murdering Bryce are a lot to call out just as much. I am not going to say that a Robbery has more impact than a murder or say that his crimes are a little more worse than what he did because each of them were wrong in every way and each of the traits would make him just as bad and possibly qualify as a villain for those traits that each define or pick up the pieces to place and finally be able to eventually sort him out as an eventual villain.
