One doesn't want you humans to know of our existence. But I see things differently. I, on the other hand would like for you to know that we exist. Whether its on a mass scale... or an urban legend that's passed on by word-of-mouth. I'd like for you to know... and to tremble in fear. To think that there are mysterious beings that live among you... that look exactly like you... and hunt you.
~ Three explaining its motives.

Three is one of the variant monsters and an antagonist in Shotgun Boy. It is a shape-shifting monster who is dead-set on killing humanity due to experimentation from the MM Corporation.

Biography[]

Past[]

At some point, Three was captured by and experimented on by the MM Corporation. Eventually, it and its fellow Variants took over Area C and took down a truck containing a powerful monster named Zero by accident. They used the area as a cover for a retreat ground for high school students and disguised themselves as the employees.

Shotgun Boy[]

It and it's fellow variants welcomed the students of Yeongchan at the retreat. Later, they attacked multiple students at the talent show. During the exectuion Three killed a rich student and took his identity. Unfortunately, their attack was thwarted by the protagonist, Gyuhwan, so they had to retreat.

Appearance[]

It's true appearance is implied to be a purple blob of flesh that is small enough to fit in a container.

At the beginning of the story, it takes the disguise of a skinny male with a camp employee uniform. Later and for most of the story, it takes the disguise of a rich student with glasses. At one point, it takes the form of a student named Yeongshin, a tall boy.

Personality[]

Three was a very sadistic monster who seemed to enjoy toying with its victims before killing them. It even goes as far pretending to fall asleep in front of his enemy. It has hatred for humans which comes the fact that it sees them as hypocrites, since they, too, kill anybody that's different from them. Despite its arrogance, it was shown to be very cowardly when dealing with an actual threat, like Zero or the shotgun. Fellow variants called it a coward as well.

Three also stated to a student that it wishes for monsters to be known to the public, whether as an urban legend or a massive threat, even though One wishes to keep their identity secret.

Powers and Abilities[]

Like other Variants, Three can steal the memories and appearance of a person after ingesting their brains.

Three is able to manipulate multiple powerful tentacles throughout its body. Additionally, it possesses superhuman strength, speed and regeneration. It is also able to use smokescreens to blind its opponents.
