Biography[]
Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando[]
The Thug Leader was contracted by The Unknown Thief (Angela Cross) to provide with soldiers, who would accompany him to Oozla, where he robbed a map store. When his employees failed to eliminate Ratchet at the Maktar Resort and Wupash Nebula, he decided to take it into his own hands by ambushing Ratchet on Endako in his helicopter. He is defeated, but escapes.
Later on, he hosts a bonding exercise in the Feltzin System, which is interrupted by Ratchet, who defeats the thug fighters after being attacked. Afterwards, the Thug Leader is contacted by the Thief, who reprimands him over his men having a picnic, and threatens to cancel the contract if his employees fail to comply with his orders. His men accompany the Thief to Planet Notak where he secures a supply of chemicals.
Ratchet would later encounter him on the moon orbiting Dobbo, and Giant Clank fights him in a mech suit, defeating him once more. He was phoned up by Megacorp, who offer him a better deal than his previous contract with the Thief, now known as Angela Cross, who had now teamed up with Ratchet and Clank. He hijacks Angela's laboratory and offers a free pizza as a reward for capturing the duo.
On Planet Boldan, Ratchet and Clank head over to find Mr. Fizzwidget, and the Thug Leader orders his employees to protect him. After the heroes find out that Fizzwidget was replaced by a robot replica, he ambushes them and send them to Angela's flying lab on Aranos, naming it Thugs-4-Less Prison. As Angela attempts to transmit to the duo, having infiltrated his headquarters, he compromises and imprisons her.
After Ratchet defeated his fleet on Planet Gorn, the Thug Leader goes off on the duo, ranting about his need to make a living as Ratchet constantly foils his plans. Unintentionally, he transmitted the location of his headquarters on Planet Snivelak. Ratchet fights his way through the headquarters, and encounters the Thug Leader in a giant robot with Angela trapped inside. The giant robot is defeated, and the Thug Leader is not seen for the rest of the game.
Secret Agent Clank[]
He makes a minor appearance in Secret Agent Clank, an episode of the in-universe holovision series of the same name. He incorrectly recalls their last encounter as their fight in Endako, as he mentions his helicopter. In prison, Ratchet fights his thugs, but nothing else is seen of the leader.

Now Fizzwidget's kind of old fashioned, so I want everything handled with, (coughs and spits), pride and courtesy people have come to expect from us. Also, be on the lookout for these two characters.
