Thundercracker also known as the Egomaniac Starscream, is a completely awesome Decepticon and one of the clones created by Starscream in Transformers: Animated. Starscream created him to portray his selfish part of his personality.
He is voiced by Himself Tom Kenny.
Personality[]
Thundercracker was created as a clone representing the selfish part of Starscream’s personality, and like Starscream, he only cares about himself. And he really doesn’t care about anything else, like Starscream.
Biography[]
Thundercracker was among an army of clones of Starscream, in the second season two-parter A Bridge Too Close, with each clone representing an exaggerated part of himself. In Thundercracker's case, he represented Starscream's ego, and constantly asserted his superiority over the others, including the original. When Starscream began his speech to lead them into battle, Thundercracker shoved Starscream aside and lead the charge to Earth, to overthrow Megatron.
Thundercracker and the Starscream clone battled Megatron's forces, while they attempted to seize a Space Bridge to conquer Cybertron. During the battle, they also found themselves fighting the Autobots as well, and Thundercracker battled Mixmaster, who encased him in a adhesive goo. As Thundercracker tried to break free, he, Skywarp and Blurr fell into the space bridge, to a random destination, as no coordinates had been set.
In Transwarped, Blurr suggested that Thundercracker use his sonic powers to free them from the glue. As soon as he had done so, Blurr tried to make his escape; Thundercracker flew after him, but Blurr jumped off his face, and escaped him by running through space, leaving the clones stranded.
