Mr. Okonma, also known as Thurnis Haley, is a recurring character in the late hip-hop collective Odd Future's Adult Swim show Loiter Squad, as well as the overarching antagonist of Tyler, The Creator's WOLF trilogy. He is the neglectful absent father of the trilogy's titular character, as well as the self-proclaimed best golfer in the world.

He was played by Tyler, The Creator, who also played himself, Wolf, Ace, Tron Cat and Sam in the same trilogy, the title characters in IGOR and CHROMOKOPIA respectively, and Blitz Commet in Regular Show.
