Todogirasu is a sea lion-themed monster of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in the 34th and final episode of The Kagestar.

He is voiced by Michihiro Ikemizu, who also voiced Scorpion Man, Jaguarman, Ganikomol and Shocker Rider No.1 in the Kamen Rider series.

Biography

Todogirasu was assigned by Doctor Satan to lead an army comprised of his resurrected monsters Kiba Inoshishi, Zariganian, Baracular, Namekujiga, Karasuga, Buffalogyu and Kazuragon, as well as independent criminals Kaeru Kaijin, Owl Kaijin and Leopard Woman, in a final attempt to destroy Kagestar and Bellestar.

While Buffalogyu, Zariganian, Karasuga and Kazuragon went to target Suzuko while she was working at the Kazamura Fishing Shop, Todogirasu led the other monsters in attacking Kageo while he was fishing with some children. Together, Todogirasu and the other six monsters were able to overwhelm Kagestar, with Todogirasu hitting him with his freezing spray and incapacitating him. Bellestar soon arrived and attempted to assist her partner but it was too late, as Doctor Satan prepared to personally execute Kagestar. Doctor Satan pushed Kagestar off a cliff to finish him off, but he was saved by Kagerobee. Bellestar then melted the ice keeping Kagestar incapacitated, and Kagestar and Bellestar worked together to fight off the Satan Empire's Kaijin Army.

Doctor Satan and his army of monsters retreated to the Satan Empire's HQ to try a new strategy. They kidnapped Takeshi and the other children Kagestar and Bellestar had befriended to lure them out, with Doctor Satan sending a note to Kazamura Fishing Shop issuing a challenge to Kagestar and Bellestar. The two arrived at the location Doctor Satan had specified and faced all the monsters Doctor Satan had brought back, defeating them one-by-one. Doctor Satan and Todogirasu then attempted to hold the children hostage to get Kagestar and Bellestar to surrender, but Bellestar used her flash attack to blind Todogirasu and Kagestar hit him with a "Star Shoot", giving the children a chance to escape. Kagestar then hit Todogirasu with his "Kage Kick", sending him tumbling off the cliff and causing him to explode when he hit the ground.
