Tokeiman is a captain of the Akuma Clan and an antagonist in episode 13 of Akumaizer 3.
He is voiced by Hidekatsu Shibata, who also voiced General Shadow in Kamen Rider Stronger and Baron Ashura in Mazinger Z.
Biography[]
Tokeiman set up an Akuma Clan hideout inside the elementary school Mitsuhiko attended. He plotted with Mezalord to install time bombs inside the clocks of schools all over the country and blow them up. The Akumaizer 3 went to investigate after noticing suspicious activity and got into a skirmish with Tokeiman and his Aguma soldiers. The Akumaizer 3 managed to drive them off and, in the process, Ippei took a photo which showed the location of Tokeiman's hideout, leading Tokeiman and Mezalord to begin conspiring to destroy it to get rid of any clues.
However, to mislead the Akuma Clan, Xavitan disguised himself as Ippei in order to distract them while the real Ippei developed the photos. After the Akumaizer 3 and their allies discovered Tokeiman's base, Tokeiman and Mezalord kidnapped Mitsuhiko's teacher in order to use her as a hostage against them, but the Akumaizer 3 were able to free her. While she evacuated everyone inside Mitsuhiko's school, Xavitan and his companions went to confront Tokeiman and Mezalord. Their plan thwarted, Mezalord exited the scene while Tokeiman faced off against the Akumaizer 3. Tokeiman was destroyed by the Akumaizer 3 with their Magic Circle attack.
