Toko is a major antagonist of the light novel Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
She is the fairy mascot of the Namiyama Middle School Magical Girls, who is responsible for transforming various students into magical girls, in order to defeat the "evil witch" (Hana Gekokujou and Mana) in B-City. In reality, Toko is a devious, manipulative schemer and a criminal who directly works with Rain Pow, her master and partner-in-crime. Toko is later killed by Rain Pow, under Pukin's brainwashing, before being subsequently devoured by Pukin for her powers.
Appearance[]
Toko has congo pink hair that is secured in a high ponytail above her head by two pieces of lace. Her eyes are blue.
Black bows adorn Toko's lacey collar, the front of her tabard, and the sides of her hips, which are all embellished with frilled white tabards. She has matching lace pieces around her ankles and is wearing white lace gloves. Her wings are adorned with hearts and seem to be made of lace.
The top of her wand is decorated with a bow.
Personality[]
While initially seen as a kind fairy to her fellow Magical Girls, it is revealed to be just a facade, as she's selfish and manipulative, only using them for her own gain. In reality, she does not care anything about the Namiyama Magical Girl team, as she only uses them for her own agenda, of which it becomes much clearer when she's revealed to be working with her master and partner-in-crime Rain Pow. She is a card-carrying villain, whom she has a clear dislike for "goody-two-shoes" magical girls, which drives part of her motivations to use the Namiyama team for her reasons.
She's also childish, throwing tantrums when things don't go her own way. However, beneath all that childishness, she is intelligent.
Abilities[]
Similar to Fav, Toko has the ability to grant girls the ability to become a magical girl. She is also high on nutrition, according to Pukin after devouring her, of which anyone who eats her gives that person a huge stat boost.

- Toko has similarities and differences to Fav, the main antagonist of the Unmarked arc:
- Both Fav and Toko are fairy mascots who initially act as the mascot for the magical girls, before their true intentions are revealed and are also working at the Magical Kingdom; both also work for their respective masters and the secondary antagonist of their respective series: Cranberry for Fav in Unmarked and Rain Pow for Toko in Limited. But while Fav is a sadistic hedonist who uses the death game for his own entertainment, Toko is a manipulative schemer and a criminal who uses the magical girls under the pretense of "defeating" the evil witch by pitting both them and the Investigation Team for her own gain.
- While Fav is a Cyber Fairy who has no physical form and uses the Magical Phone as means to live, Toko is a flesh-and-blood fairy.
