Biography[]
In 1977, Boss Iron Claw and CRIME begin their efforts to establish the world's largest crime family in Tokyo with the CRIME leader first enlisting the help of the head of Tokyo's underworld. After overseeing the sinking of the Earth Defence's aircraft carrier Sealand, the Tokyo Crime Boss is first seen reporting to Iron Claw but informs CRIME's leader of the set-backs caused by Daisuke Kujirai and the International Science Special Investigation Squad so is ordered to send Devil Killer to deal with the problem.
After the death of Devil Killer at the hands of the newly emerged J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, the Tokyo Boss decides to appease Iron Claw with a new scheme to further CRIME's goals. Sending Devil Drill to test the new Crime M500 sniper riffle out on traffic, the Crime Boss later visits the scene of the crime and observes JAKQ's investigation. After reporting the progress to Iron Claw, the Tokyo Boss is ordered to begin immediate production so they can distribute them around the world to create anarchy; thus the Boss and Devil Drill oversee the weapons factory. When Ryu and Bunta find a bartender who the Crimers killed for knowing too much about their M500 though, they learn of the storage warehouse which Ryuu goes to investigate whilst Bunta takes an M500 back for analysis. When Ryu finds the warehouse complex at Pier 3, Devil Drill and the Crimers ambush him whilst the Tokyo Boss summons Devil Shark Fighters which makes the CRIME Monster retreat. Although the Sky Ace destroys the warehouse, Devil Drill and his Crimers escape to an office building whose basement is the gun factory.
Although the Tokyo Boss plans to make 10,000 guns and abandon the facility, Spade Ace had followed them from the warehouse so gets electrocuted and seemingly killed. When they leave him though, Ryu revives due to the energy powering him and draws the rest of J.A.K.Q by sending voltage through the antenna so they break in with the Jack Tank. Although managing to escape before the factory implodes, Iron Claw has run out of patience and executes the Tokyo Crime Boss with his iron claw for his repeated failures in stopping J.A.K.Q.
