Biography[]
Background[]
After Tiffany Doggett killed an abortionist for an offhand comment on the amount she had, Rev Lawlor's diocese agreed to sponsor Doggett, treating her as a political martyr. As such, Doggett received lots of donations to her commissary fund.
Orange is the New Black[]
When Carrie "Big Boo" Black discovers Doggett receives large sums of money from Lawlor's church, she recognises this as a way to capitalise off their hate. Doggett explains to Boo she will need to claim she hopes to shun her lesbianism and convert to heterosexuality. To be convincing, Boo receives a haircut from Sophia Burset.
When Boo meets Lawlor, she is able to save face, despite his homophobic slurs and backward views. However, when Lawlor requests Boo cover her tattoo which reads "BUTCH", she becomes profusely angry and tells him to go away.
