Thomas "Tommy" Lee is a metahuman criminal villain in the WB TV series Smallville.
He served as the main antagonist in the Season Five episode "Mortal".
He was portrayed by Kenny Johnson.

Tommy Lee was a criminal who became infected with meteor rocks, gaining the ability of electrokinesis and was used in Level Three as an experimental subject by Lionel Luthor. Tommy Lee volunteered for the experiments in exchange for luxuries such as gourmet food and satellite TV. The procedures were done by dosages of a Kryptonite serum developed by LuthorCorp three times a day.
The serum was designed to boost his metahuman abilities of projecting electrical energy blasts, however he had to absorb electricity from outlets and devices to recharge as he could not create electricity. Eventually, after his usefulness was exhausted, Tommy Lee was taken from Level 3 and sent to Belle Reve. Having developed an addicted craving to the Kryptonite serum, Tommy required it to stay alive.
Season Five[]
Lex Luthor paid a visit to Belle Reve to visit his father Lionel who showed no responses to his catatonic state. As he exited the facility, he bumped into Tommy Lee whose restraints were deactivated. Lee overpowered the orderlies and escaped with the Twins to Smallville. Lee and the Twins went to the Kent Farm where they interrupted Clark Kent and Lana Lang in an intimate moment.
The Twins subdued Clark with a force field and Tommy Lee talked about how everyone in Belle Reve wanted him because he was a legend there. Clark, who was stripped of his powers, claimed they had the wrong guy but Lee responded that if it was true, he was going to have to kill him and his girlfriend.
Tommy explained to Clark how he and the Twins were Belle Reve escapees and were part of an abandoned test group subjected to Green Kryptonite injections. He then licked Lana's face while he held her. Eager for a fix, Lee devised a plan to make Clark Kent get the serum for them, having heard of his amazing feats. When Jonathan and Martha came back to the house looking for Clark, Lee took Lana hostage and told Clark to get rid of them.
He unsuccessfully lied to them, and when they went further into the house, the three fugitives took Lana, Jonathan and Martha hostage. Lee sent Clark to find the drug in 2 hours, or else he would kill his family. As Clark left to carry out his task, Sheriff Adams arrived at the farm. Lee took Martha for leverage and sent Jonathan and Lana out to get rid of her. Adams told Jonathan they found the car the convicts stole up the road and made small talk for a few minutes.
During their discussion, Sheriff Adams noticed something was amiss. She left to call for backup but Tommy blasted her away from the house and the Twins put up a force field around the property. Clark managed to get the serum with help from Chloe Sullivan and returned to the farm house. Clark got inside and ended up fighting the fugitives with a sledge hammer with no super powers.
He surprises them with Chloe's flash grenade and dodges out of Tommy's energy blast that hits the Twins instead. Clark shorts out the electricity with the sledge hammer, disabling Tommy's powers, and floored him with a punch. Clark managed to outsmart him, resulting in Lee and the Twins being apprehended and returned to Belle Reve.

- Tommy Lee is possibly named after a character of the same name that appeared in the 1946 radio serial The Adventures of Superman, who was a chinese immigrant and friend of Jimmy Olsen who was persecuted by the Clan of the Fiery Cross.
