Tommy Nielsen is an executive of the Umbrella Corporation and a major antagonist in Resident Evil: Outbreak, being the main antagonist of the End of the Road scenario.
History[]
Early life[]
Tommy Nielsen was tasked by Umbrella with recovering the Umbrella assets that had been stolen and eliminating the thief, former Umbrella security officer Rodriguez, as well as anyone who was a witness to the incriminating evidence.
Raccoon City[]
On October 1, Nielsen had a UBCS team under him plant landmines in the streets around Rodriguez's helicopter and had a missile launcher delivered to a warehouse building they were using as their base of operations.
If the player fails to escape by helicopter, Tommy will attempt to shoot it down and accidentally release Nyx. The B.O.W. will then kill the entire UBCS team though Tommy's fate is not shown.
